Hi, I'm David
Hi, I’m David Holliman – founder and inspector at Climate Home Inspections.
With over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, I’ve spent my career making homes more comfortable, efficient, and safe for families across Central Arkansas. I’ve worn every hat in the heating and air business – from service technician to general manager, and now as a Licensed HVAC Contractor. That depth of experience gives me a unique advantage when it comes to understanding the systems that make a home truly functional.
But I didn’t stop there.
Driven by a passion for helping homeowners make smart, informed decisions, I became a Licensed Home Inspector in the state of Arkansas. I’ve seen firsthand how small oversights during a sale can turn into big problems later, and I’m committed to helping my clients avoid those headaches.
